As I made my first traverse of Glacier National Park this past summer, one of the first moments of awe came when came across this view of Mount Brown near the eastern edge of Lake McDonald on the west side of the park. Framed by trees, it asked me to photograph it. A sneak peek into what was to come. If you ever come to GNP, I suggest bringing a sling to keep your jaw in place.
